At the law office of Diane Dalton, I put my clients first. Each client is treated as an individual. Each client has unique needs, and my success depends upon understanding these needs and achieving a successful resolution of the unique legal problems faced by each client. My goal is client satisfaction. You, the client, are the key. Without clients, there is no Law Office of Diane Dalton.

No case is treated as "just another file" and each client receives individualized attention.

Personal Injury clients are handled on a contingent fee basis. The contingent fee is based upon a pre-agreed percentage of the recovery, (usually 33.34% of the gross recovery). If I recover nothing, then there is no attorney fee.

All cases other than Personal Injury are handled on an hourly fee basis. My customary hourly rate is $150.00/hr. However, many cases can be accepted on a flat fee basis of a pre-agreed designated amount, depending on complexity of the issues, risks involved, type of case, and amount of time necessary to complete the legal matter.

Some cases will be accepted on the basis of a predetermined retainer fee paid in advance with the balance paid monthly over an agreed upon period.

I return calls. It is my personal policy whenever possible to return every client call within the same business day that the call is received. Client-attorney meetings are necessary and encouraged. You also receive copies of all documents written on your behalf.
