Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. Conduct hearings primarily
for "Lemon Law" cases of disputes between manufacturer and customer concerning

criminal issues such as landlord / tenant, child support, neighbor disputes,

I also completed "Parent Effectiveness Training" and several workshops
on Listening Skills Development. As "honorary" graduate student, attended
Industrial Psychology seminars on employer / employee relations, job satisfaction
/ management issues. |

The Listening Ear, Inc.,
a crisis intervention center; East Lansing, Michigan. Completed 70 hours
intensive training to become a volunteer and later instructed as well as
evaluated new volunteers as Trainer in empathy training, role playing,
congruence, non-judgemental attitudes, confrontation, decision-making and
conflict resolution. Member - Board of Directors. |

at Law - Solo practitioner specializing in Arbitration, Personal Injury,
Uncontested Divorce, Wills and Probate, and Contract law cases. I began handling Personal Injury work in 1994;
Develop settlement brochures and/or demand letters for all cases. Negotiate
settlements in most cases. A lawsuit is initiated and filed when the situation
calls for it. |
